As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I enjoy working with new clients and finding ways to help improve their daily life. Many issues can be addressed with medications, therapy, and lifestyle modification. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar, mood disorders, and sleep disorders. Our goal at New View Psychiatry is to provide quality psychiatric care in a timely manner to our patients. We also want our patients to feel safe and know that their privacy and autonomy is very important to us. Starting off in the medical industry, I first received my RN license in 2013 after graduating from Lewis and Clack Community College in Godfrey Illinois. I then obtained my BSN from SIUE and went on to receive a master’s in science from Walden University where I graduated as one of the top in my class. As an RN, I have worked in many different areas of nursing including, ICU, medical surgical unit, emergency department, covid Unit, Oncology department, orthopedic department, and have completed many different traveling contracts throughout the country. I am confident that with my vast experience and many years of training, I can provide patients with the knowledge and experience required to effectively improve their lives and make sure they become the best versions of themselves.
