Robert Bonazoli

I am licensed to practice in MA, NY, RI, and ME, and am available for virtual sessions. I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy, combining insight and skills-based frameworks. I help clients understand how their past experiences and relationships shaped and influence who they are now and how they experience the world (insight), and I help them develop tools for addressing current life situations and for putting that insight to work in moving their lives in the direction they want (skills-based). This approach helps clients link the past which formed them, the present they are living in, and the future they wish to experience. I am trained in both MDMA and ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and work with clients both preparing for and integrating psychedelic experiences, and work with clients in the Boston area providing psychedelic assisted psychotherapy using ketamine. For over 25 years I have worked with individuals and families facing challenges, grappling with suffering, and aspiring toward greater understanding, fulfillment, and connection in their lives and relationships. I have extensive experience dealing with issues of relationship conflict, depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief & loss, and spirituality. I work collaboratively with each individual and couple to identify and integrate the most useful approach or combination of approaches for them and their present, unique situation.
