Introduction

I want to assist clients recognize and manifest their full potential. Given the appropriate and adequate support, no matter how difficult the situation, you can change/heal and thrive. Even if we are working with difficult subjects, therapy is meant to engage a part of us that loves to know the truth about ourselves. I serve people of diverse backgrounds, ages, genders, ethnicities, LGBTQ+ and needs from chronic illness/disability to those who are looking to deepen their self-understanding and impact within themselves and in the world. My approach is grounded, straightforward, and warm-hearted, utilizing various appropriate methods. The most important quality is to feel with your counselor is trust, integrity, and connection, so you feel comfortable as I help you navigate life’s challenges and recognize your strengths.
