Welcome to Grow Again Counseling. I am Robby and I have been working in mental health for over 15 years. I have a passion for helping others recover from mental health problems. I believe that no one is immune from the effects of anxiety, depression and trauma. I am here to offer hope and relief. I will provide you with a treatment plan that will help you rewire your brain that allows you not only to recover but to be resilient against future challenges and problems. I practice EMDR, Poly Vagal Theory, CBT, DBT and ACT. I mostly care for adults and utilize telehealth.
