You are unique, and so are our sessions. I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and issues that negatively impact our lives. My goal is to help you to heal from emotional wounds and guide you in your journey. I use an integrative holistic approach and often incorporate deep breathing meditation and mindfulness in my sessions. I speak Spanish and Portuguese.
