Hi! My name is Rikki Ziegen, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Oswego, NY, and owner of Opal Moon Counseling & Healing. I love to help people of all ages with their mental health needs. My approach to therapy is eclectic, evidenced-based, non-judgmental and holistic. I believes that in order for growth and healing to occur, you needs to feel accepted, understood, and (above all else) safe. Some of my favorite approaches to therapy are EFT/Tapping, IFS, and Person-Centered Therapy. It's important to me that clients feel comfortable and safe to express themselves authentically without judgement.
