Habitual self-criticism, low confidence, self-defeating beliefs, overwhelming emotions, or past traumas often can be the root of your symptoms. Important relationships with partners and family, though our best resources, may therefore suffer as you lose access to the skillfulness and resilience needed to live effectively. Using evidence-based therapies in an environment of caring emotional support we’ll work through whatever stands in the way of the career, relationship, or creativity goals you hope to achieve. Also, it’s not always necessary to focus on every single problem or past issue to make progress in the present and get to solutions.
