Hello. I'm glad you are making the first step in find a therapist to support you on your next chapter. I have been working in the field for 11 plus years. I got my start in working in Child Welfare and transition into clinical therapy. I have a passion for working with individuals 7-35yo and have a background in trauma, ADHD and DBT informed treatment. I work from a family focused perspective when helping families manage ADHD as such is the recommendation of the American Psychiatric Association.
