Introduction

I am a relational, culturally responsive licensed psychologist who believes that therapy is a radical act of self care. An Associate Professor of Practice at Teachers College, Columbia University: I have been continually licensed as a psychologist since 2009. With expertise in LGBTQ health, women's issues, and minority stress, my approach to treatment is client centered that is aimed at empowering you to create sustainable and appropriate changes in your life. Therapy is a collaborative process that takes considerable energy, courage, and time and I will work alongside with you for every step of the way. I currently offer telehealth services in both English and Hindi in New York State. While I do not currently accept insurance, I will provide you with necessary documentation in order for you to apply for out of network benefits with your healthcare provider.
