Introduction

Taking the time for self-care is often something that is difficult. Thank you for taking this time to take care of yourself! I want you to know that this place is a safe space for you to share whatever is on your heart and to pursue healing. I hope to foster a relationship of trust so that you can communicate honestly. I use the Catholic Centered Meta- Model in counseling, that integrates psychological sciences, philosophy, and theology. Through this model I hope to work with you in helping you discover areas of your goodness, and working with you on finding paths toward healing - so ultimately you can flourish.
