Introduction

Hi! My name is Rick Aldred, and I came to become a therapist as a result of my own journey with therapy. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in Corporate America as a project manager for 7 years; prior to that, I spent nearly 8 years on active duty in the US Army, deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan. I am passionate about serving our veteran and first responder population. I am also passionate about resolving the effects of trauma using EMDR. I've had a wide array of life experiences that brought me to this point - if you think that I might be a good fit for you, please feel free to reach out!
