Introduction

My name is Rich Yerry and I am a psychotherapist licensed in New York State (License #084511). I am the owner of Mindscapes Mental Health and offer in-person and/or telehealth appointments to teens and adults who reside in New York State. I attended the University at Albany, and have over 10 years of experience providing clinical treatment for a vast range of issues. I also have administrative & leadership experience as a clinical supervisor of a large outpatient mental health clinic. I am especially passionate about treating symptoms of anxiety and depressed mood due to: lifestyle changes, parenting, interpersonal conflict, chronic pain conditions, trauma, career stress, and caregiver burnout. Additionally I offer supportive and engaged case consultation for therapists and prescribers. I thoroughly enjoy discussing complex cases to facilitate resolution of counter-transference or other treatment-interfering issues that limit treatment effectiveness.
