Introduction

I am licensed psychologist in New York with 30+ years of professional experience helping people as a therapist, coach, teacher, attorney, consultant, and Human Resources professional. I have experience helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem and confidence, relationship issues, and many other areas of concern. I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of therapy. I understand the importance of building trust and rapport with my clients, which allows them to show up authentically and experience change. I pride myself on creating a therapeutic environment where I am seen as casual, approachable, and genuine. My goal is to meet clients where they are, employing a direct but compassionate eclectic style to effect positive change. Finding the right therapist is crucial.
