Introduction

I am a licensed social worker based in Connecticut and bring 30 years of experience with a focus on male psychology, health challenges, grief and loss, military issues as well as common personal struggles. I served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard as a Behavioral Health Officer for over seven years and am quite familiar with the ups and downs of military service. I also have spent nearly half my career working in hospitals and dedicated to the process of redefining health when a medical issue occurs. In my varied work experience, I have focused on men’s psychology, relationships and the strengths and weaknesses we bring as men. I utilize various treatment perspectives such at Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Solution Focused treatment, Humanistic and Narrative Therapy. I am considered an 'out of network provider' and do not accept insurance. I will provide you with a detailed invoice if you decide to seek reimbursement from your health insurance company. Preferable forms of payment are cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Contact me to schedule a 15 minutes phone call at no cost.
