Introduction

For my frame of reference, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This model has been well researched and shown to be highly effective in promoting change in couples’ relationships and in individual functioning. You can rely on me to be active and deeply engaged in our meetings. Together we will generate an affirming and supportive environment within which new answers, insights, and perspectives arise, old harmful patterns change, and transformations take place.
