I have a diverse professional and personal background, which I use to bring great authenticity to the clients I support. I have experience working with adults, young adults, adolescents, children, and families. Therapeutically, I use behavioral, exposure, cognitive, and acceptance-based approaches that are evidence-based. I offer short-term and ongoing treatment for clients experiencing the following, but not limited to: obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, trauma, and depression. As a member of the queer and gender expansive community, I am passionate about providing accessible LGBTQ+ affirming care. I am experienced in treating a variety of concerns with the queer, gender diverse, diverse sexuality, and poly communities. As a former school psychologist, I spent over a decade providing direct services to children and families and can provide clinical services for school/behavioral issues, separation anxiety, parenting, autism spectrum disorder, and neurodiversity.
