Introduction
I work with adolescents and adults both young and old. The majority of my clients are seeking therapy to understand why they're having difficulty in work or school, relationship issues, or finding it hard to control anger, substance use or other compulsions. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Emotionally-focused therapy in my sessions. I live and work in the city of Boston. I completed my bachelor's and master's degree at Boston College and hold the LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts and LCSW in the state of Hawaii.
