Introduction

Taking the first step towards change can often be the hardest, but once you’ve done it, you prove to yourself just how capable you are and what possibilities lie ahead. I believe people are capable of so much, and my goal is to work collaboratively to help you explore and achieve how you want to live your one, incredible life. Therapy is not a one size fits all approach as every client's experiences are different and unique. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor treatment to your needs as well as provide a safe space to share your experiences and feel understood. I work with adolescents, adults and couples to identify areas for potential change in your life or relationships and then work together to make those changes happen. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem/body image issues, grief/loss, trauma, sexual abuse, attachment issues, narcissistic abuse, and more. The therapeutic relationship is an essential part of success in therapy. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.
