We will utilize my knowledge and understanding of attention, activity needs, executive function needs, stress and anxiety issues to better allow you to utilize your strengths and skills in your growth. We will define what aspects of life you would like to alter and what life will look like when you have come through this difficult time into the next stage of your life. I will support you in coping with life transitions, reaching your potential and to confidently stepping into your next stage of life. We will work to identify unhelpful thought patterns and their healthy replacements in order to overcome difficulties.
