Introduction

I have been 12 years in the Mental Health industry and my passion is driven by the outcome expressed by my patients who state "I feel a difference" ... "I hear from others that I am doing much better" ... "I didn't think it was possible but I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel" ... "I was afraid at first but I think I trust myself enough to practice my skills on my own." This is what motivates me to provide counseling services. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, difficulty transitioning in life, work, relationships, decision making and feeling worthy of what you have to offer than you would definitely benefit from counseling and I just may be the the right fit for you. Counseling is a "YOU" thing and I am only here to walk alongside you with high hopes of getting you to where you envision yourself at maximum mental well-being. I have experience working with acute crisis stabilization, couples, substance use disorder, acute anxiety and depression and difficulty with life transitions. I am a master-level graduate but beyond that I am equipped with continuing education to maintain my sharpened skill-set. I look forward to working with you!
