I am a Clinical Social Worker (therapist) providing a compassionate and evidence-based approach to assist you in navigating life's complexities. I offer therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based, Solution-focused, and Person-Centered therapy. If you are experiencing any of the above mental health issues, I offer compassionate support and techniques to help you manage your emotions and build resilience. I provide individual and couples therapy through telehealth and/or in-person office visits for your convenience, with a focus on communication and conflict resolution.
