Introduction

I'm a Brainspotting professional for Counseling clients in MS, TN and FL; and I also support Spiritual Direction clients who utilize this highly targeted mindfulness practice. I have recently shifted my practice in the direction of fewer/extended sessions and find that my busy clients love this option: They also get tremendous results. I have witnessed tremendous success in people who came to me seeking improved performance in their creative, athletic or everyday lives, as well as those seeking freedom from effects of trauma. I have a history of other experiential work, such as Psychodrama. I also have deep practice in Internal Family Systems therapy, and these work together quite naturally. I am a Health At Every Size/Intuitive Eating - educated practitioner with a respect for the body as a vehicle for awakening, not a commodity. I practice Weight Inclusive/Weight Neutral Healthcare.
