Introduction

Purpose: Help individuals, groups and families live a more meaningful and empowering life through proven therapeutic interventions. Process: Build and strengthen resilience through mindful insight and awareness that engenders an empowering perspective and behavioral changes. Method: Utilize collaborative and integrative therapeutic approaches that are person-centered, strength-based and solution focused. The Need: Life is lived in the intersection where intentions, outcomes and the actions converge. When we take the right actions, our outcomes more often than not match our intentions. However, we often encounter challenging periods at certain times where we feel unable to take action or we experience painful outcomes and we feel stressed, anxious, depressed, disappointed or even want to give up. It is crucial to find someone to talk to in such critical moments that will listen and help us feel understood, lead us to gain better insight and awareness, and motivate us to have the courage to power forward. If you are interested speaking to someone, because you are in such a critical place in life, please schedule a time with me by requesting an appointment.
