Hi, I'm Grace, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As a second-generation Asian American woman raised in an immigrant household, I know firsthand what it’s like to live between two cultures — each with its own values, expectations, and ways of expressing (or suppressing) emotion. Growing up, I often felt alone in my struggles, carrying the weight of unspoken pain and family dysfunction that stemmed from cultural clashes and generational trauma. Vulnerability wasn’t something we were taught — in fact, it often felt like a weakness. My own healing journey began when I decided to face the emotional wounds I had long buried. Through therapy, inner work, and community support, I found the language and courage to name my experiences, break cycles of shame, and begin the slow, powerful process of transformation. That journey not only helped me reclaim my voice — it gave me a deep understanding of how healing happens, especially in the context of culture, identity, and intergenerational dynamics. Today, I hold space for others navigating similar complexities — those feeling caught between worlds, wrestling with family expectations, or seeking to make sense of pain that hasn’t always had a name. As a therapist, I bring compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a trauma-informed approach to every session. I believe healing is possible when we are seen, heard, and supported — and I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they reconnect with their inner strength, truth, and wholeness.
