Introduction

My name is Renita Harrigan and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling from UAB and a B.A. in Psychology from Talladega College. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families dealing with issues pertaining to mental health, child welfare, relationships, family structures, and self-love. To assist individuals with having their best quality of life, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered techniques during my sessions. These techniques will assist each person to look at themselves and how it has impacted the overall health of their relationships. Always remember, our time together is only as good as you want it to be by what you are willing to share.
