Many people find it daunting to talk about their troubles, which can make them feel as though they are alone in their experience. In therapy you have someone who can confide in and who will provide a non judgmental perspective to help you find increased peace and joy in your life. Our mental health matters, and it is never too late to start investing in yourself. As you are beginning this journey, I will collaborate with you to create the best plan for you and your goals. You do not have to go through this alone! For many years, I have had the privilege of helping individuals to heal from depression, anxiety, trauma, low self esteem, and more. I work with ages 5 and up. When working with children, I see therapy as a family experience. I have a particular passion for working with parents. I help parents to increase their repertoire of skills so that they can help grow their children with the least stress possible.
