Introduction

I have been in private practice for over 17 years and enjoy getting to work with many different types of people. Most of us find ourselves needing help at some point in our life. This can be due to our current situation, a mood disorder, family dynamics, work stress, medical issues, life transitions, a crisis of belief, trauma, loss, or childhood experiences that have not been addressed. These points in time can build us or break us. It is my privilege to work with people to help them move forward in a positive way.
