As a mental health therapist I like to work with my clients to be able to help them find balance within their work/school, social, family and personal lives. Many of us have experienced trauma and difficulties in the past that have left a lasting impact on our lives and how we see the world. I like to help clients be able to process these events and look for ways that they can continue to move forward in their life in a validating way. My practice focuses on working with adolescents and older (14 and up).
