Introduction

HI I'm Renée! i have been through hell and lived to tell about it, thanks to some amazing therapists along the way. I have a unique insight and authentic understanding that can only be learned through lived experiences. While on my own healing journey, I transformed my traumas into a purpose. It is a privilege to walk alongside you in this thing called life. Sometimes it can be a struggle to just get out of bed, or make it through the day. Maybe you have hit a road block, are in a transition, feel hopeless, or are limited by anxiety and never ending thoughts and fears. Together we can navigate through the unfamiliar, and sometimes hard, in a way that works best for you. My focus is your whole well-being and working with you to the build the life you want and deserve. I believe a felt sense of safety through transparency and a foundation of trust is vital. The comfort you have with the therapist is key to positive growth. MORE ABOUT ME I am a widow and am privileged with being a mom to 2 amazing kiddos...and our rescued dog, Emma. This is my 3rd career and truly my purpose. I have a BA in Sociology from The Ohio State University and a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University (CACREP). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #89231) in the state of Texas and a National Certified Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). I have specialized training in trauma and neuro-based counseling. Life is hard and you don't have to do it alone.
