Introduction

Whether supporting individuals, couples, or families through difficult life transitions, managing anxiety/depression, processing family struggles, offering parenting or perinatal support, my practice is rooted in a client-centered approach. I know how strong the healing power of the client-therapist relationship can be if grounded in mutuality and respect. I listen deeply and work to provide a safe, empathic space to support you on your individualized pathway to healing. I specialize in treating and managing anxiety, ADHD, depression, and thriving through trauma. I am certified in clinical perinatal mental health and complex trauma, with extensive training in DBT. As a mother, outdoor enthusiast, traveler, athlete, and general mover, I tend to integrate my personal experiences to our work together. With a background in experiential and wilderness-based therapeutic approaches, including as a wilderness first responder, I offer a number of nature-based, holistic approaches, including walking sessions, for any in-person client if they choose. I am always available for a consultation, to both answer questions for anyone who is curious about starting their therapeutic process for the first time, or to work with individuals who are well-along on their therapeutic journey and looking for something different. **Other in-office offering: Massage, Prenatal Massage**
