Introduction

I am a Postgraduate Master’s Resident offering individual psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. I completed my graduate internship working with a variety of mental health concerns including substance abuse, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have always had a passion for helping others and feel that each person’s story is unique and matters. My approach to therapy is that one therapeutic treatment does not work for everyone equally and everyone’s story is unique and important. My goal is to be an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and empowering environment while creating a caring and trusting therapeutic relationship. Clients should be able to find their own voice and make the best decision for themselves while increasing their personal awareness.
