In her therapeutic services she utilizes a multi-technique approach combining techniques from Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy as well as Play Therapy for the younger clients. She also offers Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma. Seeking help in any aspect of life is a personal journey where the therapist-client relationship is most important, therefore Rena strives to establish an honest and warm working relationship with each client.
