Introduction

Relani is a person-centered LCSW with over 6 years of supervised experience and a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist who honors the unique journey of each individual client and adapts the pace and treatment modalities to their particular needs and preferences. She uses CBT, mindfulness, and IFS-informed practices to help people who are not yet ready for EMDR, her primary treatment modality for depression, anxiety, trauma and other stress-related disorders. She has served as an assistant in a 10-week ADHD coaching program and helps neuro-spicey people to better understand and manage some of the challenges specific to these conditions. Relani’s best work is with clients who are age 18 and over and motivated to change.
