Introduction

Welcome! I’m Reginald Gilmore II (he/him), a dedicated licensed clinical social worker based in Oregon and Washington. My goal is to work together with you to explore and achieve balance and clarity in your life through personalized counseling, education, and skills training. With a Master’s degree in Social Work from UTC and over 10 years of experience, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, and more. I work with individuals from all backgrounds, providing trauma-informed care through an emotion-focused and family systems approach. I recognize the challenge of exploring deep emotions and family histories and their ongoing impact on your life. I work with individuals, couples, families, and facilitate groups, virtually and in-person upon request in provided space. As a BIPOC therapist, I deeply value culturally competent care, especially for the African American/BIPOC community. Together, we’ll nurture self-care, enhance self-efficacy, and improve your overall mental well-being. Let’s connect and see if we’re a good fit. Email me to begin your journey towards a brighter, more balanced future!
