Introduction

My goal in each therapeutic relationship is to find the tools that will be most effective for the individual. I draw from select modalities, including CBT, Narrative, Gottman Method, Systems, and Attachment Theory. Recognizing that there isn't a one-size fits all approach to the therapeutic journey is what allows me to compassionately support each client as they deepen their understanding of self and their life story.
