Welcome to Light for the Path! My name is Regina Davis-Bridges and I am excited to introduce myself and my unique approach to healing and wholeness! My work with clients is devoted to helping bring healing of Body, Mind, and Soul and to help clients reconnect with these three essential elements of who we are. My healing modalities combine traditional “talk” therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy with Integrative therapies such as: o Energy Work (Reiki) o Herbal aids, essential oils, nutrition o Intuitive Guidance and Coaching o Dream Work o Meditation o Breathwork, as well as other spiritual disciplines
