Introduction

I work with adolescents, young adults and adults struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional management, especially anger. As a clinically trained body-mind therapist, my focus is on mindfulness and present-moment awareness. I believe in growth within safe, non-judgmental relationships. My experience includes individuals, couples, and families suffering from a wide range of presenting issues, including addiction. In session I am present-focused, transparent, and relational.
