My approach is strength based, interactive, conversational, & collaborative. I believe that authenticity, respect, & a sense of humor all contribute to a strong therapeutic relationship. I specialize in treating LGBTQ+ issues, mood disorders & general mental health, life transitions, & anger management and emotional reactivity, ADHD, body dysmorphia, & trauma. I am poly/kink friendly and work with adults & families. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling, happier life & to take the first steps towards change.
