Introduction

I love walking with individuals and families through the challenges of life. I help people to manage depression, anxiety, infidelity, trauma, infertility, postpartum issues, parenthood transitions, marriage struggles, and the challenges of family life in healthy ways. I am a Certified Trauma Professional, trained in maternal mental health through PSI, use the Gottman Method, and have a certificate in Child and Adolescent well-being. My therapeutic approach incorporates CBT, DBT, SFT, mindfulness, play therapy, IFS and trauma-informed care. I am accepting new clients.
