Hello, my name is Rebecca Schilling Thomas. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EMDR Therapist, and I’m passionate about helping motivated young to middle-aged adults learn how to discover their self-worth, cultivate healthy relationships, and develop compassionate self-talk. Much of my practice focuses on PTSD, self-criticism, negative self-image, and unhealthy relationships. My approach is trauma-focused and insight-oriented, looking at how significant painful experiences in life impact the beliefs we form about ourselves, others, and the world.
