I have over five years of experience as a licensed mental health professional working with individuals at various ages and stages in life. With a background and remaining interest in human neuropsychology I help my clients understand brain processes related to behaviors, emotions and thoughts. Neuroplasticity gives us all hope because it means our brains are "plastic"- our cells change when we make different choices! You and I will work together to become aware of where you want to make some changes.
