Introduction

I am a relationship and trauma expert committed to helping people who suffer from past experiences that challenge who they are today. My work focuses on defining, acknowledging, and separating from the idealized self created by those experiences. Our innate draw towards being accepted by others is challenged every day and causes us to search for purpose, meaning, and attachment through many outlets including: social media, familial patterns and culturalistic definitions, past and present romantic relationships, colleagues, and friendship-based supports. I am not your brief-based therapist. While I utilize many modalities, I am uninterested in solving simple equations.
