I work with people who have experienced trauma, are struggling with anxiety and depression and who are going through or considering a life change. Our work together is a partnership - your input and effort is just as valuable, if not more so, than mine. I value your feedback and intuition. I also provide supervision for folks working toward full licensure. In my practice, I use elements of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as physical and mental strategies to help calm the mind. I have experience working with first responders, and can provide informed services and support to firefighters, police officers and ER providers. I look foward to working with you.
