Introduction

“LGBTQ affirmative. Culturally inclusive. Here to help. :) Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. Nights/Weekends. "Listen, are you breathing just a little, and calling it a life?" Are anxiety and/or depression getting the best of you? Can't seem to get out of your head? Perhaps you know deep down the trauma you've experienced has been weighing you down. You show up in your life feeling like you're not enough, and yet, somehow too much. It affects the way you interact with the world every. single. day. And since you're here, it's safe to assume you've gotta find a way out and into a better way to live. I help adults / young professionals who experience anxiety, high-functioning depression, and trauma find their path to calm, clarity, and ease. I use scientifically-based practices and loads of compassion. I'm a "kind challenger," and will roll up my sleeves and get into the work with you. I'm deeply invested and care for my clients immensely. I know too well the pain of suffering alone, which is why I'm here- so you don't have to. Your path into a better way of living may not be the same as mine, but I know it's just as achievable for you. If this sounds like you, I'd love to hear from you! Feel free to email, call, or even shoot me a text. Evenings & weekends currently available. Online only. :)
