She has successfully worked with people who struggle with self-esteem, depression, self-harming behaviors, anxiety, anger, identity development, relationship dynamics, religious trauma, and sexuality/gender. Rebecca is LGBTQIA+ affirming. She is trained in Applied Suicide Intervention training and Adlerian therapy principles which holistically works with family, social, psychological, biological, and emotional needs. Rebecca believes in making a safe and nonjudgmental space to allow people the opportunity to grow and shape their lives in creative ways. She is passionate about helping people accept and love their authentic selves and find healthy connection with others. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys being in nature, hiking to waterfalls, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and reading a good fiction book. Rebecca lives with her husband and two cats and many houseplants. She is passionate about helping others create the life they long for and strengthen and repair meaningful relationships.
