Introduction

**ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** *EVENING AND WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE* My approach is grounded in the belief that the relationship between therapist and client is the most important aspect of therapy. I believe that it is within safe and supportive relationships that we are truly able to be curious about what is going on internally. Creating a therapeutic environment that helps to foster this kind of relationship is my first priority in our work together. I have a particular interest in working with clients who want to address the impact that traumatic experiences and relationships have had on their view of themselves and how they engage with the world. Many of the clients I see report some of the following concerns: - difficulty with intense emotions - interpersonal/relationship challenges - sense of disconnection from oneself - intrusive memories related to traumatic events I’m passionate about providing a therapy experience that is engaging and encourages you to deeply explore your inner world. I offer a collaborative approach that draws from psychodynamic therapy, parts work, EMDR, attachment theory, and the connection between mind/body. A little about me: I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and I've been providing outpatient therapy since I graduated from Simmons University School of Social Work in 2017. I opened my own practice in February 2022. One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my natural curiosity which I find often encourages my clients to take a curious perspective as well. I also believe therapy should feel like a genuine human interaction, so you can expect me to show up authentically as myself in our sessions. I invite you to do the same, as all parts of you are very much welcome in this space. If you are interested in working with me, please reach out! I'd love to hear from you.
