Introduction

Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re just going through the motions? Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, trying to be “good enough,” or feeling burned out by the pressure of holding everything together. It’s exhausting, and it’s okay to not be okay right now. You don’t have to face this alone. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you’ve already taken it by being here today. My approach is compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Attachment-Focused EMDR, tailored to meet your unique needs and therapy goals—whether it’s quieting your inner critic, healing from past trauma, and create meaningful change. I understand how important it is to find a therapist who feels like the right fit, which is why I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call. During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, explore how I can support you, and determine if we’re a good match. If we are not, I’m happy to help connect you with another therapist who may better suit your needs.
