Introduction

I graduated with a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Utah in 2021. I'm a trans woman who works with a broad variety of adult populations with a specific focus on trauma. Like most therapists, I am capable of sitting back, listening and validating. All of us need this in some form. However, that is not my primary approach.
