Introduction

I use an eclectic approach to my counseling process. I believe each session will be different, so utilizing a blend of theories, interventions and empathetic approach that allows for whole person healing. I use a blend of person-centered, family systems, inner child healing, trauma informed theory and trauma responsive interventions (mindful breathing, movement, tapping) and body/mind techniques.
