Introduction

I have been in the mental health field since 2004 and have worked both in private practice and with a variety of agencies. I am licensed in both MN and WI. I specialize in working with clients who are seeking therapy with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Some of the common issues my clients struggle with is finding direction, difficulty focusing, trouble sleeping. If you are wanting to learn a set of tools that will help you with your concerns today and for future concerns, then I may be the therapist to walk alongside you. In addition to talking and working through your challenges; we will also create measurable goals for you to work on in between our sessions. This helps you progress quicker and experience longer lasting growth. As someone who has served in the military I really enjoy working with veterans and service members. I also enjoy working with individuals who are looking for assistance in navigating through various life transitions and finding balance. I am a VA Community Care Network provider; and accept Medicaid for both MN and WI.
